Tony is amazing and we highly recommend him for any pre-purchase home inspections. He is very comprehensive and answers any and all questions in layman’s terms. The report is easy to read and thorough - it outlines any concerns and next steps, est. cost to repair, and explanations - which not only is enlightening but allows the homebuyer to budget for future expenses. Well worth the cost!
