I found Tony to be very knowledgeable,professional and friendly. He also took the time to know the names of his clients. He was available on short notice and his inspection was very detailed. He didn't take any short cuts and took his time to complete the work. He explained each step he was taking and pointed out any deficiency that he observed. He took pictures of the deficiency and circled it in the report. His report was electronic and emailed to us the same day. I have purchased several homes over the years and I have never been impressed with the home inspector, Tony has changed my opinion about home inspectors. I would highly recommend his services .
