I was very satisfied with the service (technician Krys) performed when he arrived punctually at the appointed time. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable, and eager to answer my questions. He explained everything he was doing, and went above the terms of service when gave me a lot of useful advice about heating and cooling at our house. I would eagerly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling services, as they seem to understand the meaning of great customer service.

Purchased new home, had some trouble with AC not working. Technician (Brandon) arrived punctually, did a complete evaluation, quickly fixed problem and gave us a point by point overview of the HVAC system. Made a few suggestions and when we decided that we wanted a full quote for a replacement system, it was quickly scheduled. Was extremely pleased in all aspects and would recommend to anyone needing simple guidance to much more.

Switched to Roy Inch and tried first service call on the a/c - have signed up now for a full service year on furnace and a/c (plus gas fireplaces). The Technician Krys did a great job! He was very polite, respectful and efficient. He checked all the units, gave proper advice and recommendations. He answered all our questions very thoroughly!

The gentleman( Andy was his name) who did the work was very polite and very efficient. He seemed to take a lot of pride in his job and was careful when moving furniture etc out of the way and then made sure everything was returned properly.
I would recommend your company to all my friends especially if Andy is doing the job.

Service technician Dave arrived to install new plates for A.C. coil.
Work was done in a professional & timely manner. He showed me the deficiency & explained how this will improve the efficiency of the A.C.

Had Roy Inch in to replace furnace/central air as well as duct cleaning. Replacement and installation went great and was very happy with the technicians. Andy was here for duct cleaning today, great service again and explained everything in details. would recommend to others.

Called Roy Inch and Sons, They came out that same day. Krys and Larry checked out the central air unit, made repairs. I was impressed how quickly and efficiently They were. I will certainly use Roy Inch and Sons again if the need arises.

Adam, Pete, Dave D and Andrew T were all very professional and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves and answered my questions. Adam took the extra time to explain the various prices and the differences between the products, ie Lennox vs Rudd.

My water bill was extremely high, just found out toilet was leaking.
Called and Jason Bierwirth came, on time and even early ,which was sweet, as i hate waiting all day.
Jason was patient, replace a flapper, which had a hole, and even show me how to test for leaking myself.
