I ordered a multi panel oil painting from this company nearly a year and a half ago and I am still waiting on one of the panels. I have 4 of the 5 hanging on my wall. They keep promising that it is either in the warehouse and should be shipped out to me in the next two weeks or they will 'look into it'. Emails are vague and repeat the same fake promises. When I call, their systems are often really slow so they ask if they can call me back. They're always surprised when I say I'll hold because no one ever returns my calls. I like the painting, what I have of it, but I would never, ever, ever recommend this company to anyone.

Art Network Canada - On the surface, it's a brilliant concept. You select a piece of art you love from a large selection, and they have artists paint it for you in oil. Since it's hand painted, it will be unique, but you are still getting something you are sure to like. Except they don't return phone calls. Or e-mails. Or answer simple questions. Plus it's extra charges for taxes and shipping. And when I tried to cash in the Groupon I bought, their system deducted extra $$ charges somehow and they wouldn't even return my calls to figure it out. I contacted Groupon to complain and got my money back after jumping through some hoops. Shocked to see Groupon offer them again - and lure other consumers in for their questionable dealings. Buyer beware!

I have ordered from this Art Network 2 years ago for the very first time with a typical degree of skepticism when ordering from any website for the first time. Their on-line selection was looking amazing so I decided to risk it and hope for the best. The artwork has arrived 5 weeks after ordering which by the way is their typical processing time for oil paintings and I was in complete awe with the quality and sheer beauty of a large abstract oil painting.
Since that first order I have ordered over and over again from this company, so much so that my husband calls them my gift default :)
With my last order several months ago I have decorated our whole house for less than $2000. :):):) Every time my husband and I have company, everyone always comments. I've had them frame some group of seven posters, I had them customize art for my bedroom and bathroom and I've annoyed just about every staff member they have but I always get exceedingly great result. Highly recommended company that will always get you great art without breaking the bank :)

I was very impressed with the speed and quality of Art Network Canada canvas print they've done for me. Especially that the photo I uploaded was only 700 x 520 px with resolution of 72 dpi. The canvas arrived within three weeks and the print was clear and contrast was great.

Horrible service, EXTREMELY unorganized company. Infuriating experience.
I never take the time out of my busy schedule to post a review online, but I believe that consumers deserve to get a warning before investing your precious time or money.
I ordered a painting using a coupon I found online, I placed the order in September (after calling in more than 3 times with no answer). It is now February and I still haven't heard from them or received my order. When I call in, no answer and when I email, no answer.
Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Art Network Canada is unfortunately one of those businesses that would be succesful, if they were well managed. My hobby is photography, and I ran into one of those "group deals" from this company, that got me into ordering from them one of my photographies printed on a canvas.
The ordering process was easy, and my order was acknowlegded right away, but then everything went downhill. I was advised my product was going to be shipped in 2 weeks, and it took them 4 weeks to give me a call to let me know they were delayed; they never answered any e-mail I sent, and finally, after 8 weeks of placing the order, the canvas was printed wrong (a different style from what I had ordered). I just decided to keep the wrong product, rather than returning it, and never receive back anything again. One positive thing, is that the quality seems pretty good, but I don't think it was worth the aggravation.
Please don't let the nice company website lure you into thinking they are an organized company, because based on my experience, they are not.
