Did not feel satisfied with their service. After requesting cash up front, Diamond did fix my sister's washer (part of a stacking washer/dryer) and was to come back after a rigid hose was replaced by a flexible braided hose. He left the front panel of the washer off, saying he would return without charge after the hose was changed. Afterwards, we found we couldn't replace the front because it had become dented. There is a loose inaccessible duct still dangling after his or the plumber's visit. It was some months before we got back to him, and my first call was not returned. After I said on the second call that his name was given to us, he returned the call, however Diamond denied saying he would come back without charge, as well as having anything to do with denting the door. Some terms could have been negotiated, but instead it was: sorry, I didn’t dent the door, I didn’t say I would come back without charge, end of call. I would be wary of trusting this company, better to go to a business which will back up their claims.

we paid s n o appliances $200 to fix our washing machine which had stopped working with the water half filled up.It's been almost a year and the washing machine is working good.I called him previously to fix my refrigerator and after checking it out he told me to buy a new refrigerator and he didn't charge me any money
