Vladimir is a former well known neighbor from our old residence, who is also a contractor. We had asked him to build a retaining wall + a front porch interlock with proper steps to add a nice appeal to our house.

He was very reasonable as he only charged us $1090 for labor and he did the job within 2 days time by himself. Yes by himself! The only thing he had asked us was, for us to purchase the stones, etc by ourselves, but he would do the rest of the installation or rather project for us.

Overall we are very pleased with his work and we hope he continues to excel in his work. He also does electrical, plumbing and other various renovation work for home owners.

Vladimir the owner of this home renovation company is known through us from our neighborhood. We asked him to install a ceiling fan in the family room, as well as changing the builder's light fixtures to the ones we have bought ourselves.

He is friendly, jovial and does the job excellent in a timely manner. You may have to book in advance for him to perform various renovation projects in your house.

Other things he does are: finished basements, kitchens & baths, tiles and carpentry, including landscaping work. He is also a certified electrician and plumber.

Definitely someone to consider if you live in the Richmond Hill, ON area.
