The technician arrived and I explained the problem. He went up to the roof and said the roof was in fine condition. Installed a protective layer where needed between roof and warn fascia and proceeded to re nail all of the protruding sagging eaves nails which was also part of the problem. A well done job. Thanks.

A few months ago I realized we needed to replace the whole roof on our home, which has three dormers and a flat roof on the third floor, and is complicated - not a simple job.

I had plenty of free time because of the pandemic, so I did a lot of research, aiming to choose the best company.

I checked Homestars to scan for the best rated roofers, then read all the reviews for the top 10 companies. Integrity Roofers had the best scores, and consistent customer comments about being completely satisfied with the work. Other roofers had dissatisfied customers.

I got quotes from five companies. Four of them came, looked at the roof briefly, and gave me a quote on the spot with little mention of guarantees for their work.

Shay from Integrity Roofers came, looked at the roof carefully then showed me the satellite images they had of our roof - including the details of our dormers, flat roof and other special issues. The next day he emailed me a 12 page quote. It laid out all the specifics of the certified materials they would use (waterproof underlay for the whole roof, ice and water shield, etc). It also included several special items that I had flagged for them to ensure we agreed on –EG choice of flashing in different areas, roofing around our chimney, drainage, and joint with eavestroughs.

A 50 year warranty was included, directly from Certainteed, the manufacture of the shingles, that can be transferred to another owner if we sell our house.

Their price was lower than the average of the other four quotes I got, and their attention to detail and to a high-quality end result was substantially better than the other companies. They offered an upgrade to the top line of shingles for an extra $500, and we chose that option.

They waited for clear weather to schedule us in, and completed the work in two days with a superb end result. They went well beyond my expectations for every aspect of the job. We are delighted with our roof - the upgrade shingles look beautiful.

They delivered on every detail I had flagged before the job, and took plenty of time at the end to ensure everything was right. They sent a 2 man crew the following day to finish up the flashing and a couple of things I wanted completed a certain way.

Shay and his team did a fantastic job with my new construction addition flat roof. They installed a multi-layer approach using top quality materials to ensure waterproofing and to make future replacement years down the line much simpler by protecting the plywood roof deck. The attention to detail was impressive and made us feel like they were working on their own house. I highly recommend this skilled team of roofing professionals.

They changed three exterior roof vents. Professional ,prompt service. Their expertise is to be trusted and it matches their price.

Timely work on both projects with full clean-up. If we decide to replace the main roof next year we will use Integrity Roofing again.

Ken at Integrity Roofers did a great job correcting the mistakes done by the previous contractor on a new front portico-had to be redone because it had been poorly done. The soffits installed by the previous contractor were all bent and not the colour I chose. Ken corrected the mess and it now looks great.
