Ken gave us a quote for a full gutter installation and pointed out where additional waterproofing would be beneficial on our new house. He talked through how critical that work would become and approximate costs. We went with just the gutters for now. The folks installing were friendly and professional, double checked down pipe placement on the day, and the job looks fantastic. They even did some light caulking afterwards around some high windows and exposed pipes.

Integrity Roofers has done an excellent job. Our 125-year-old house was due for a fairly significant re-roofing -- Cory recommended removing the 3 existing layers of shingles, and then covering the surface with plywood before putting on new shingles, and then we needed new soffits, fascia, eavestroughs and downspouts. There were weather delays, and we had other renovations going on that meant further delays, but eventually we got going and the guys who showed up were outstanding -- they did an excellent job in record time, and carefully protected our recently re-sided house, and cleaned up after the job was done. They were all very nice too, which helps. The guys who came to do the metal work a couple of weeks later were also terrific. Our neighbours were coordinating their eavestrough replacement job with ours, and their roof rafters needed some rather extensive repair before the eavestroughs and fascia could be installed, and the neighbours also had a disused TV antenna that needed removing, and the guys from Integrity disassembled that and removed it (for a very fair price). The guys even had to work very carefully over our polycarbonate awning that was inconveniently placed for tall ladders, and they did it all without grumbling! veyr nice chaps. All of the work seems to be of very high quality, and we're very happy. I didn't want to post a review right away -- I wanted a couple of rain storms under our belt first! -- and presumably it's over the winter months that we'll find out how well everything is working, but I'm very optimistic! I am happy we chose Integrity Roofers and recommend them highly.

Shay and Ken are true professionals, something you almost never see in the roofing business. I had my roof replaced by someone else a couple of years ago and had ongoing leaks. Called Shay, and he came out, assessed the problem and then had Ken come out to do the repair. This was a complicated issue, but Ken was amazing and made sure that the problem was fixed completely. I would recommend Integrity Roofers over anyone else that I have ever dealt with in this industry. They are responsive, fair, on time, and overall solved my problem !

Had a leak from my roof at a vent and an eves trough leak. Called Integrity as they are relatively close to me and it was a small job. Given an appointment about 5 days later. The service guy, Ken, called on time, came, and had a look. We discussed the problem, he went into the attic to check, offered an inexpensive solution, and made the repairs within an hour. I would surely recommend them and use them again.

We engaged Integrity Roofers to install new shingles. Everyone with whom we had dealings was very helpful and pleasant, including the work crew. When it turned out that the wrong colour of shingle had been used, they immediately offered to redo the roof or to give us a sizable discount. We chose the latter, partly because the roof is hardly visible from the street level.

The initial quality of work was poor and needed to be re-done more than one time. Although the owner was happy to make things right, I don't feel that as the customer it should be my place to be the expert and point out what was done wrong.

We hired Integrity to re-do a roof on a new custom home we are building for our family. The company that did the work previously took advantage and caused damage to our property. Corey and the entire team at Integrity came in with honesty and professionalism. We are so pleased with every team member that has worked on our project as well as the administrative team. The coordination was seamless and the quality of work is top notch. We had a complicated situation that involved a torch down flat roof portion with premium shingles on a steep sloped roof. Would recommend without hesitation.
