This is an update of my former review. Robin came out to see the problems I was having with my fireplace and completely resolved my issues and has shown me what was the problem. I had used a gas company for a maintenance plan and their tech made a mess of cleaning and resetting my fireplace and even reset the 'wood' in the wrong way. thanks Robin! i will ask you to help maintain my fireplace every year.

Val, I have become more proactive on booking regular cleanings for my clients. I find furnace techs don't know fireplaces. Thx for the review.
