Clothes washing machine repair
I called JSN based on what I had seen here on Homestars, because I filled my top loading washer, but when I closed the lid it didn't start. There is a mechanism at the latch that triggers it to go, and I could hear and feel that it had failed.
This was around 8 pm and I reached Sam personally. He asked for my address and then I heard a GPS voice - he happened to be 15 minutes away and offered to come right then. That alone is worth five stars! What was I going to do with a washer full of wet clothes?
Anyway, he came right away, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part on the spot and you would never know he had even been there. My husband had gone out for dog food - the washer had broken and been fixed by the time he came back! Too great.
