Our oven stopped working after a power failure. We were told by the manufacturer that is was probably a problem with the mother board. We shipped it to appliancetimers.com . After they had our board for two weeks, we emailed to see what was happening. They replied that they never received it. We had to send them proof of delivery before they would look for it. They then said that they were waiting for a part. After they had it three weeks they sent us an invoice that included a charge for overnight shipping. We paid that invoice within the hour but they didn't bother shipping it until four days later. When I complained about this charge, they didn't return my email. When we got the board back, the oven still didn't work. We then phoned a repair man to figure out what the problem was. He diagnosed that another part wasn't working so he ordered that part. When the new part arrived, it didn't work either. It turns out the mother board was never fixed correctly so that part wasn't getting power. Now we are out an additional $300 for service calls because appliancetimers.com never bothered to fix the board and two months later we still don't have an oven that works.
