Bonnechere Valley Windows & Doors Ltd.

I was looking for European Tilt and Turn Windows to replace old non-functioning windows, looked at several places all either didn't have them or imported them from Europe, no guarantee of maintenance if needed. Bonnechere manufactures the Windows, they were willing to show us where they made them. Discussed exactly what would be happening including acurate manufacturing lead time required. They also provided information for Energy Inspector to obtain rebate. Sample windows were available to try out to see how they worked. Quote and information was provided quickly and all questions answered. Installers were awesome, thorough and careful and even put down carpet to keep the floor clean. They worked quickly and the trim looks marvelous. Since our house is more than 100 years old, nothing was straight, but they managed to shim and install the windows so they look as though the wall is actually straight. Experience definitely shows - thanks Eric and crew for your hard work! They also left instruction on maintenance for the windows. Altogether one of the best renovation experiences I have had.

The contractors were very efficient, polite and did a great job installing the windows and new doorway on our home. These were subcontractors, and they came from out of town. I realize that this work was done during the pandemic, and this might explain why it took almost a year from the date of the purchase of the windows and doors to the final installation. But notwithstanding that delay, the work was great and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Very courteous also. Would recommend.

We hired Bonnachere Valley Windows to build and install our windows and doors for our new house build this summer. Everything went great from the manufacturing of the windows and doors to the installation by their team. The quality of windows is outstanding. I will use them again if we build another house for my son without hesitation.

Very pleasant service from start to finish. Phoned for estimate and received a quote very quickly. Measurements done at time of written quote and when phoned back to accept the measurements were re-checked and reviewed with me by installer. When installed the workers were super friendly and everything done perfectly.

The new windows and door are so nice, they will keep the cold out. The guys did a great job of installing them. Cleaned up before they left. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do new windows and doors. This is my second home having BVW.

Great service and nice looking windows. The installers did a top notch job inside and outside, very professional. Only time will tell how good the quality of the windows are. Will hire them back next year for more windows.

Complete home replacement of windows that were 40 years old. Excellent windows and installers were knowledgeable and efficient.
COmmunication re installation time was clear and accurate. Top quality windows. We got European tilt and turn upstairs for ease of cleaning and regular windows downstairs. Very Pleased.

When I built, 30 years ago, some of the windows were new and some were used. All needed replacement so I had the old ones replaced last December and the remainder replaced this past August.

Had these done last summer 2019. They are so nice. Made a difference in heat and hydro. They made the old house look like new. I am ready to use them again to do some more windows and doors. Very happy the work.
