I was looking for European Tilt and Turn Windows to replace old non-functioning windows, looked at several places all either didn't have them or imported them from Europe, no guarantee of maintenance if needed. Bonnechere manufactures the Windows, they were willing to show us where they made them. Discussed exactly what would be happening including acurate manufacturing lead time required. They also provided information for Energy Inspector to obtain rebate. Sample windows were available to try out to see how they worked. Quote and information was provided quickly and all questions answered. Installers were awesome, thorough and careful and even put down carpet to keep the floor clean. They worked quickly and the trim looks marvelous. Since our house is more than 100 years old, nothing was straight, but they managed to shim and install the windows so they look as though the wall is actually straight. Experience definitely shows - thanks Eric and crew for your hard work! They also left instruction on maintenance for the windows. Altogether one of the best renovation experiences I have had.
