Broken humidifier, and horrible service for warranty
Air in Motion installed a central humidifier just over 2 years ago. This winter is was not working. I called, texted and emailed Steve MANY times and his responses are VERY SLOW, few and far between. Its usually him saying he will get back to me, and then i'm waiting weeks for a simple reply! His voicemail says will return your call in 2 hours which is a complete joke. I had in writing that it was a 5 year parts warranty and 1 year labor, but when I finally spoke to Steve it changed to "only SOME parts are covered by the warranty". Then also Steves fee just to come and diagnose the problem is $185 - which is VERY expensive compared to other companies! Would not recommend this company!

We offer a 1 year labour warranty on humidifiers which is probably the best you would get in the industry... it is clearly over 2 years since it was installed. We still offered to help but you decided to get it done somewhere else. In terms of our cost of a service call, we are not the highest or the lowest and you can choose whatever service you like and we are totally up front with our charges. We do not control manufacturer warranties and they cover what is outlined in their policies and we have nothing to do with that process. Thank you for your feedback and have a great day.
