They were most reasonable and efficient. Entire project was completed to our satisfaction. Sales, presentation, timelines, installation and clean up after all were expectation exceeding. We had a couple of details that we wanted in our doors and all of those were met without a glitch.

New Look did a great job from helping us to get the type of door we wanted, to answering questions prior to installation, to the installation itself. Alex was very helpful and always got back to us promptly when we contacted him. The installers were quiet and kept the area very clean while they worked. The doors look fantastic and so far we are impressed with the quality and the seal (air was leaking around the door we had previous to this). Would definitely recommend New Look.

We got a patio door put in, replacing a bad (amateur) window-conversion from the previous homeowner. This was a difficult, retro-fit install, with brick work, added limestone sill, and interior re-framing. New Look tackled the project without hesitation. The door was installed solid and square, properly inset to the wall, as though it were original to the house. Excellent, professional work. The weather sealing was also done with careful attention to detail. Not all door and window companies will do these retrofit jobs, so it was great to deal with Alex and his team. I will easily recommend New Look to anyone who asks.

It's been a great experience working with both Alex (Sales Manager) and Alexei (Installer). The windows arrived per plan and the installation crew showed up on pre-arranged time.
