We've had 10-tripled-pane glass windows replaced by "New Look Windows and Doors," for the total cost of $8,500. These windows are white vinyl, solid, durable looking and aesthetically pleasing from the inside, but haven't yet had a chance to experience and appreciate the qualitative benefits of the touted "cooler" in the summer by keeping out the infrared rays (it's the middle of July), and the "warmer" in the winter by keeping the heat indoors and preventing the colder drafts from entering the home. However, my only displeasure, existential angst is the caulking at the corners of the exterior metal framing, in which some of the verticals and horizontals metal-framing were cut too short; thus, in an effort to hide these uneven holes, too many unsightly globs of caulking were used to cover these mistakes. Moreover, dealing with Alex was always a pleasure; he's an utmost, consummate professional in every aspect and circumstance of my dealing with him, and the installers (Alex, and Yuri) were very professional and did their best to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities, albeit, the globs of unsightly caulking. I hope I can get this rectified.

Their work was excellent they're very knowledgeable and explain everything to you. Alex is fantastic person very honest and when they gave the date they were there. They gave me 3 days and headed down in 2 days

I got few qoutes from other companies but I did not like the prices or reviews about them. Then I Came across Newlook with great reviews which made me doubt it is too good to be true. Decided to give it a try. Alex showed up, was very kind & ready with answers for every question, concern or fear. The price was the best I could get. I Signed the contract same week & got my beautiful windows & patio doors on July 5th. Roman & Eugene; the installers, are very pleasent to deal with. They are very fast & efficient. Finished the whole house in one day. Cleaned up inside & outside the house. Left the house as clean as possible. Alex & his team are the greatest contractors . I would recommend them to everyone. Alex and his team of installers were fantastic. We had a few windows that we wanted to change the style of and Alex's knowledge of how to complete the job correctly was great. The attention to detail on the install was spectacular and we are very pleased with the outcome of everything. We had a total of 18 windows and doors replaced. New Look easy to work with, they do what they say and completed the job as outlined.

Alex was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. He explained everything so patiently and responded to any of my emails immediately, regardless of Day/Time. The installers were very hardworking and got the job done quickly.

The doors came when they were promised and were installed efficiently and correctly. The workplace was left clean-ish.

Our experience was very positive. From the very first moment I contacted the salesperson (I had found them on HomeStars, along with 3 other companies we had gotten quotes from in the selection process), throughout the communication and up to the installation and even post the installation.

All the people we were in touch with are friendly, nice, knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, punctual, always reachable and approachable for questions. It was a smooth sailing and work was done as promised and on time without excuses, aha moments, apologies for inconvenience or any other side effects of some contractors.

Quality for these people is not just a fashionable buzzword. Quality is in small things. And we are picky customers. Trust is not earned very easily and is a combination of multiple factors. The employees of this company and their products have definitely earned our trust.

We now have two quality doors and we do not regret our choice for either the materials or the company. We think the product and experience are well worth the money.

I contacted New Look Windows and Doors and a few other companies for quote. Alex promptly came to our place and was very kind and professional clarifying all our questions about the door style, material, lock, etc. The door installation happened according to the plan and his team was very professional during the installation.
