Higly professional installation team. 11 windows (brick to brick) and patio door were installed. All installations were done without any unnessesary delays. Entire team was very supportive and available to answer questions from the moment we signed the contract to the moment the installation was complete to our full satisfaction. They also cleaned up after installation and made sure everything was in order.

Great and easy team to work with. They are very profesional people. They came and finish in one day doign 14 windows. They clean after the work. no mess and very good job. Very happy of their work.

Two sets of doors were removed and new ones installed on our townhouse. The new doors look fantastic and function very well also. The salesman was very helpful and the two installers did an expert job. We have already recommended New Look to a neighbour who is doing the same to her townhouse.

We shopped around for replacing our double front doors, talked to several service providers and got estimates. New Look Windows & Doors was able to provide us the lowest estimate and the best customer service . They were most reasonable and efficient. Entire project was completed to our satisfaction. Sales, presentation, timelines, installation and clean up after all were expectation exceeding. We had a couple of details that we wanted in our doors and all of those were met without a glitch.
