Bought a washer, would not start, requested return or replacement, and they refused.
I bought a new washer, hired delivery, installation, and removal of the old washer from them. The washer would not start on the same day. I filed a case and requested return or replacement within 24 hours. Weeks dealing with the return department, and they just refuse to return or replace the appliance. Horrible experience. Don't ever buy from them.
