They worked with me on my budget, design,and scheduling, so I have the window for the summer. The installation has a great sense of humor and an eye and attitude of an artist! This is the second time I have used New Look Windows and Doors. Their quote was by far the best and they saved my interior shutters where other companies said they could not. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The windows look beautiful and they left the house spotless and took away all the debris. This time they replaced 3 bedroom windows at the front of the house. Previously they replaced a patio door which is also beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

Eddy, our salesman was incredible. Eddy made the entire process effortless and flawless. He explained how the windows worked and what would work with our budget, always proming top quality products and service. Eddy and the new look windows and doors team did jist that. Always followed up with us, the installers came early and were all very efficient. They made sure everything was completed without issues, stationed all areas with tarps to make cleanup easier. We replaced 13 windows, various in sizes and every one of them look absolutely beautiful and stunning. Great workmanship and quality. There will be more windows to change and Eddy and the new look tram will habe my business again and will recommend to anyone who is looking for top quality products and swrvice
