Bryce completed a home inspection for us and he uncovered some serious concerns with the home which saved us from some serious issues down the road. He answered any and all questions during the process and explained everything in a way that we would understand. I was very pleased with the work Bryce Rankin of Rankin Home Inspections did when we contracted him to do a home inspection on a house we were considering buying. I found him to be very professional & punctual. His 84 page report was very detailed, but not too technical, full of great explanations, pictures, drawings and links to other helpful sites. Hi is also gives you a very unbiased, in my opinion, of the house he's inspecting........all he does is point out the facts/situations as they exist. It is up to you, after he goes through the entire report with you and answers all your questions, if you decide to proceed or not with the purchase. His report, if you decide to proceed in buying the place, ends up being a valuable tool in maintaining your home going forward. I'm sure there are a number of good inspectors out there, but Bryce is one of the better ones that I've encountered and you won't go wrong having him perform the inspection on your potentially new purchase.

We cannot say enough kind words about Bryce and Rankin Inspection. Recently Bryce has inspected two homes for us as we move from one old house to another. Bryce’s superior sleuthing skills saved us potentially tens of thousands of dollars in making a big mistake on a too good to be true deal of a house. Bryce was able to find many hidden faults that where not easy to catch by the untrained eye. Thankfully the home inspection on house number two went much better and we only need to perform some minor maintenance to own the house of our dreams.
