We can't thank Bryce enough for his excellent work. We contacted him to provide a home inspection on a property we were considering buying. He was knowledgeable, thorough and attentive. He uncovered some serious issues with the home's wiring and pests and saved us countless amounts of time, money and agony. He was flexible and quick to respond to our questions. Bryce was extremely thorough with the inspection and took the time to explain all issues in detail as they arose. While doing so he would provide us with suggestions on how to address the issues and also was able to refer us to professionals who could assist with anything we could not address on our own. Highly recommend this service!!! Bryce does an incredible job. He is very thorough and took his time going through every inch of the house during our inspection (1600 sq ft. home = approx. 3 hour inspection). He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of a home. His final report was very detailed and included photographs as well as a timeline for repair and recommendations. I’ve purchase homes before and Bryce is by far the best home inspection service I’ve seen to date.

Bryce inspected our new build and showed great dedication to the job and profession. He was very detailed and and very informative throughout the entire inspection.
