My first hot tub and Rob and Staff had all the patience to educate me and focus on buying the tub that best suited my circumstances.

I'm very pleased with the Alicia model and whenever I have questions, they are more than happy to assist.

As I have limited rear yard access, my tub had to be craned up and over - without issue. A neighbourhood entertainment moment for sure.

Very personable, great customer service and fully backs their products. They are always helpful if we need something and treat us well. As newbies, they were willing to go out of their way to make sure we were confident in maintaining out hot tub. They have a great product and are an amazing company to deal with!
