Various Electrical jobs inside and out
Van Egmond Electric was very professional and did many electrical jobs when we moved to our new house including installing light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms, moved a dryer outlet to a new room, added breakers to the panel, and installed outdoor safety lighting. They gave a very detailed invoice of each part they used and its cost rather than your typical general invoice. Very professional!
Installing a Grey Water System
J & R put in a Brac Unit which is a grey water system. They were very friendly and professional and did a great job. They came back to help get the setting right on the unit until it was consistently working. The only disappointment was that they sold us an expensive part for a future job that we never ended up putting in and then when we called them to see about selling it back even for a reduced price), we got no response.
Installed 2 garage doors and an opener
Garry came to give us a quote very promptly. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy for us to buy something we did not need. The doors were ordered and installed to our satisfaction.
Insulation and Siding to exterior of home
They recommended the insulation and helped us apply for the Home Energy Audit to get our insulation paid for in rebates. They did an excellent job and our neighbours had contracted them for their home shortly after ours was done!
