My first hot tub and Rob and Staff had all the patience to educate me and focus on buying the tub that best suited my circumstances. I'm very pleased with the Alicia model and whenever I have questions, they are more than happy to assist. As I have limited rear yard access, my tub had to be craned up and over - without issue. A neighbourhood entertainment moment for sure. Cheers
