Today, on a 28 degree July day, our air conditioning broke. At 1:40pm, my husband put in a HomeStars request for a service technician to contact us. At 2:00pm, Leroy called us back. He let us know when he could arrive, he let us know how much a service call would cost, and he walked my husband through a couple of things he could do to try and fix the problem on his own, to attempt to save us the cost of a service call. By 2:20pm Leroy arrived, he was gone by 2:45pm, and now for a very reasonable amount of money, we have a functional air conditioner. We couldn’t be happier with the speed and quality of service. There is a 100% chance we will be contacting him again should we happen to need his services in the future.
