I thought I needed a new AC. I called Leroy for a 2nd opinion and he was able to diagnose the problem within the same visit and fixed the problem. I was so happy because I had called another technician who was to give there honest opinion because I was considering buying one and they said I needed a new one. Luckily for me I didn’t act upon it right away and decided to wait. LBP as saved me a lot of money and for that I am grateful. The unit is working just fine.
