Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning

This is from a few months ago... 12 Point crew showed up a few minutes late but had called ahead to let me know. They came in and did an exceptional job on over 30 vents, A/C, and furnace. Most impressively, they blew out a MOUNTAIN of lint from my dryer ducts - at least 5 years worth - most of which should have been cleaned out by the other company that cleaned my ducts the previous year. They also repaired the dryer vent, which was disconnected due to the blockage. Top notch service - no hesitation for recommendation!

I chose Twelve Point based on ratings from Home Stars. I needed basic duct cleaning prior to having my furnace replaced. Twelve Point used powerful vac equipment and did a thorough job on the ducts at a reasonable price.

The whole process was very smooth from the booking of the appointment to suit my schedule & then showing up on time to do the job. The service provided was fast & efficient. Everything done was explained to me before being completed. They were very respectful of my home & friendly.

Rupert and his crew come on time and provide excellent service to my house. They clean my duct seriously. I can hear all the dirt are sucking out from my house. I have been using different companies before and this is by far the best one. I will definitely recommend to others.

Brown and Rupert showed up on time and were really fast and efficient. Rupert took the time to educate me on how to maintain my whole system. The whole process took less than an hour and a half, they didn't leave a spec of dust anywhere and they turned off every light in every room. So thoughtful - that's pretty rare these days.

We were having a new washer/dryer installed and figured it was worth cleaning out the dryer vent. Being new owners of the home we had no idea when or if it had ever been done. It was really bad but Rupert got it all cleaned out for us. A smaller job, but he gave us the quote quickly, came quickly to get the job done and was more than easy to deal with. I had requested for PLATINUM PACKAGE cleaning and I am happy with their service, because now we can feel better efficiency of our furnace, and even the furnace fan has more air flow than before. They call me a day earlier and came on time. They were very professional and cleaned the ducts and fan exhausts properly. I just realized later that the two vents in the basement did not clean properly, but in overall we are very happy and recommend them.

Rupert and Brown cleaned my ducts, furnace, air conditioner, dryer exhaust and bathroom exhaust. Rupert called ahead to let me know their were ahead of schedule, which was super with me.
Rupert put down cushioned tarps to protect my hardwood from the large tubes used. They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them. They were cheaper than other places that I called and did more than I expected.

The 12 point team did a great job cleaning the vents and ducts in my home. I had extensive renovations done months earlier and I certainly needed the work done. They took the time to explain what they were doing. Rather than quote over the phone they came to the house to see what needed to be done, rather than sell me a package with features I did not need.
Rupert and team arrived on time and called to let me know they were there. They respected the neighbors as well as my home. All in all a good team.
