Second time using Convertible for a Furnace and AC system in private residences. First time was for an American Standard Hi Efficiency furnace and Air Conditioner installed in Nov 2016. American Standard has proven to be excellent. Second time was a Goodman system. Goodman was just installed in my second home in July 2018 and so far so good. Very quiet AC. Convertible is a great company to deal with. Very friendly and excellent workmanship.

I chose Twelve Point based on ratings from Home Stars. I needed basic duct cleaning prior to having my furnace replaced. Twelve Point used powerful vac equipment and did a thorough job on the ducts at a reasonable price.

Convertible lived up to all their promises. The installation of the Furnace and AC was done as quoted, on time, and to excellent quality workmanship. American Std. system is quiet and well made. Convertible advised on all incentive programs and also gave $1000 discount, offered from American Standard. I had 3 quotes before choosing a supplier and Convertible was the best value. All in all, a good experience.
