Rupert and Brown came to my home and did a fantastic job cleaning all my ducts. In the past I was not happy with the services that the perverse duct cleaning company have provided for me. But with Twelve Points Duct Cleaning Services, I will not use any other duct cleaning company again. I found this company on Home Star and they also gave me a before and after photo. I will recommend their services to all my family and friends. Fantastic Job guys!!!

I hire this company to clean the airducts after renovation was completed in August 2016 and told that the airducts will stay clean in 3 years until the next cleaning. It's only a year and I noticed that the airducts are full of dust and dirt. There's much dust all over my house coming out of the airducts. It seemed that cleaning was not done well. I wondered if the camera shown to me were my actual air ducts or just still camera pictures. In previous years with other airduct cleaning companies, it last for 3 years and not much dust flying around the house. I would never hire this company again neither recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

I booked their services on an urgent basis and they were able to come the next day. Rupert & Brown arrived right on time. They were friendly, courteous and professional. This was the first time this home's ducts had ever been cleaned. They took the time to ensure all ducts including dryer vents were thoroughly cleaned to meet my OCD standards. They even pointed out some easy ways to improve air quality and not be affected by the activities of my tenanted basement apartment. My home felt sanitary the moment they disconnected their machines :) I will definitely be calling them back next Spring and each year after.

Had ducts, furnace and air condition all cleaned. The team did a good job and where very efficient. They took before and after pictures proving how much this was needed. Price was very fair. Should make it clear how service will be paid for prior to showing up.

Showed me before and after pics..though I saw a whack of dust lint built up as soon as he removed one of my return air ducts.
Cleaned my furnace and air conditioner coil and though it was not terrible he cleaned out my dryer as well
I have a small home and still took them 1 1/2 hours so I know it was done right

They are courteous and very professional. I just had a renovation done in my house. After cleaning the ducts, dust had reduced significantly. Both my home and my office were cleaned by them. I will ask them to come back again for sure. :)
