The owner is nice. However, they have no control on the hardwood they ordered from their manufacturer. My hardwood colouring is not even and the manufacturer denied to compensate. The owner recognized the issue and try to negotiate with the manufacture too... however, they have no control over them. All they said is "SORRY"... Be cautious....

Rupert and his crew come on time and provide excellent service to my house. They clean my duct seriously. I can hear all the dirt are sucking out from my house. I have been using different companies before and this is by far the best one. I will definitely recommend to others.
