Riley Jackson installed my 2 new furnaces and air he worked none stop and since I am very fussy regarding good workman ship I must say I was very
impressed with this man,s work. I really had a hard time to give him a cup of coffee he just worked and worked. IF I was the boss of PRO SOLUTION,S
I would really want to keep this very hard hard working man. I think the company should buy him and his wife a nice meal and play at the MAYFIELD DINNER
THEATRE. Because I think he made lots of money for the company. If I had other stuff to do I would want RIley to do it for me or my friends.

The water heater in my place froze, and I had no idea what to do while my hubby was away, so I called these guys.

I spoke to a guy named Jason. He figured out, over the phone, that it was just an issue with the frost, and help me fix it myself so that I didn't have to pay for a service call.

Like, come on! That service could not have been any better. I was so happy, and he saved me a few hundred bucks for the call.

Will definitely contact them if I have issues in the future.

Jason and his Team at ProSolutions executed the best system changeover we ever could have hoped for. They converted our original swimming pool HVAC system and pool room into a beautiful 1000 s/f family room with slab heating and high efficient furnace heat.
Rob had all of the crew organized and Riley on the Sheetmetal lead was a wizard at coordinating all the duct work conversion. Sandy completed the beautiful change over with the old double water heaters for the swimming pool to a hi-effiecient home/infloor combo. Looking forward to saving LOTS of dollars with this new CARBON TAX poking around these days. I would recommend Jason and his Team at ProSolutions any day.

Very professional ,quick , clean and timely .They showed up and didn't waste any time .Kyle clearly new what he was doing..

We were having problems with our furnace back in December and I called Pro Solutions to "fix" the problem. Then in January we were the same issues with our furnace when it was very cold outside. I called them again to come fix the problem that was never fixed in the first place. The company sent out the same technician to review the problem. The technician showed up and told me that I have 19 PPM carbon
monoxide in my house, that I have a cracked heat exchanger and that this is not repairable. The furnace cannot be replaced. I got very worried since I have two very young kids in my house with one who has asthma. The technician then called the owner, Jason, who showed up within 15 minutes to talk about new furnace options but refused to give me a physical quote. This raised alarm bells with me. I then decided to get a second and third opinion. Two other companies confirmed that there is no CO whatsoever in my house and that the heat exchanger is not cracked. It really was a simple fix. Now that I know that we were on the verge of being ripped off I started doing my homework on this company:

*The technician that came to our house twice was a second year Gasfitter working alone without supervision of a Journeyman Gasfitter

*The Alberta Apprenticeship Board cannot confirm Jason is a Journeyman Gasfitter

*If you look on YELP reviews you will find similar people who have been in the same situation. This is not the first time they have tried this. Also one of the companies that came to our house confirmed they have had 6-7 customers who have had the same false CO emissions diagnoses from Pro Solutions.

*We have paid close to $1700 in 2016 on our furnace. Looking back their repairs were most likely a not necessary.

*Everything was recorded on camera if there is any dispute.

The owner and technician saw an easy target to take advantage of, a mom with two young kids with very limited knowledge of furnaces. We are lucky to figure this out before spending $5000 to $7000 on a new furnace.

They were very professional. They took the home owners person preferences into account when installing thier product. Jason was knowledgeable and helpfull about the options available. He was also up front about all costs involved. When I am in need of assistance I will definitely use them again.

Amazing experience top to bottom. This company came out after hours to diagnose my problem, gave me my options with no pressure, booked, financed, and completed the job within 2 days, and left me feeling confident in everything they'd done. Big thanks to service technician Prince, installers Michael and Kyle, boss Jason, and the very kind and understanding lady who took my initial call. Will absolutely continue to recommend this whole team without reservation.

I had several contractors come through before we started developing our unfinished basement but no one came close to delivering the ideas and feel good atmosphere like ProSolutions Plumbing & Heating. Simon and Sandy were so respectful of our home and such talented tradesmen. Even the owner was involved and called it 'the bathroom of the year'
