We loved the selection no other store had such unique fashionable lighting...big box stores sell builder quality lighting and we wanted the right look for our home ...the lighting and the service was amazing....what a difference it made to our home...thank you Denise

This store has the best selection in mississauga...i shopped everywhere for lighting including the big box stores... i returned the cheap builder lights i bought at home depot after realizing it was more of the same that I already had... what a difference the new lighting made in my home....

Bought 2 fixtures here ($2500+) and required bulbs for 1. Bulbs purchased for $100 approx. - and did not work in the new fixture - so attempted to return. TREATED LIKE ABSOLUTE CRAP BY THE MANAGER! This store (and that woman) should take a lesson in customer service. I would NEVER recommend your store to ANYONE. Shame on you!

If I have read experience from others, I would have saved a lot of grief. Similar story. The company was out of stock for the lamp I wanted and had to order from warehouse. (Didn't know it's the wholesaler's warehouse.) Two weeks later still no delivery. The store refused to refund my money even though I never even received the goods. The manager simply refused to budge and finally had to settle for an in-stock item which is more expensive and not what I really liked. Bottomline, expensive and horrible customer service.

After building my first house I learned the error of my ways, not leaving enough in the budget for electrical. I worked with Susan in Burlington both builds -the first in a tight budget and the second the home of our dreams and she the easiest part of the whole process. I was able to find lights that suited the diverse tastes of my wife and myself which in itself is not an easy task.
With any large project there were a few kinds, broken glass and a missing candle cover but she was able to get it shipped to our house which was a life saver. Reading previous reviews I think many people are unrealistic when it comes to projects. We had a faucet that was back ordered 5 months and cabinets that took 14 weeks to come in. This is from the manufacturer not the retailer. I can't say enough good things about the Burlington location! They were the smoothest part of the build and they were all very patient with my wife. Much appreciated!

Purchased an expensive chandelier (great price) they had in stock took it home thinking i could assemble and install myself but i didnt have all the parts. I spoke with the store manager Rose....they sent a technician and lo and behold the parts were in a part of the box i didnt see. I was so embarrased but the technician took the time to help me assemble then he actually installed the piece for me NO CHARGE. I was thrilled great store best lighting by far in the GTA and good service....Thanks Rose

Worst customer service of my life! My light fixture arrived missing a part. I was sent the wrong part twice. Due to no follow up, the process has gone on now for two weeks. Manager in Burlington basically told me there is nothing more they will do for me. I have to contact the distributor to see if they will help pay electrician who has now come to my home twice. And, Concept Lighting has a no return policy- even in this situation. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Beautiful store, excellent options. Purchased a fixture that was promised in a week and arrived longer than that. Once received, we had taken a final look at the renovation and realized that the fixture would not be a good fit for the room. The fixture was still in the box, my wife called to return and was immediately notified that there would be a 25% restocking fee! Funny how that wasn't mentioned when purchasing, especially since it had to be ordered- you would think (reasonably) that this would be made clear upfront. Very blunt, very dismissive and for us very disappointing. First and LAST visit to this store. I am sure that they don't enjoy repeat business, that's for sure!

Walked into this store by chance and was informed that the lighting I purchased would be received within 2 to 3 days. I waited 6 weeks.

I had to chase them every week and they began to avoid my calls and when I did get in touch with them, they continued to MAKE UP STORIES stating that they did call me when they never did.

THE TRUTH: DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY ITS OVER.

THEY ONLY OWN THE LIGHTS ON DISPLAY. THAT MEANS ONCE YOU PAY THEM, THEN THEY GO AND BUY THE LIGHTS FROM A DISTRIBUTOR IN LOS ANGLES USA.

I LEARNED THE HARD WAY THAT THEIR SALES PRICES ARE STILL HIGHER THEN THEIR COMPETITORS EVERYDAY NON SALES PRICE.

DO NOT SHOP THEIR. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

After 3 years of having no light fixture in our Dining Room, my husband and I decided to put one in. I was looking for a very specific light fixture - something that was funky, a work of art if you will. I went into the store and was amazed at the selection of lights. I ordered the fixture of my choice back in May and it was ready for pickup within 2 weeks. We just got around to installing it and it looks fabulous!
