I purchased a few faucets and heated towel rails from this location. I dealt with Alan who had a great personality and well versed in his product lines. Great experience.

After building my first house I learned the error of my ways, not leaving enough in the budget for electrical. I worked with Susan in Burlington both builds -the first in a tight budget and the second the home of our dreams and she the easiest part of the whole process. I was able to find lights that suited the diverse tastes of my wife and myself which in itself is not an easy task. With any large project there were a few kinds, broken glass and a missing candle cover but she was able to get it shipped to our house which was a life saver. Reading previous reviews I think many people are unrealistic when it comes to projects. We had a faucet that was back ordered 5 months and cabinets that took 14 weeks to come in. This is from the manufacturer not the retailer. I can't say enough good things about the Burlington location! They were the smoothest part of the build and they were all very patient with my wife. Much appreciated!
