We are a repeat customer of Crucial Roof Services (3 times now), and we have been more than satisfied each time they attended at our property to perform repairs. They are honest and reasonably priced, and I would definitely call them again.

We had a flooded flat roof on the second storey and called Crucial Roof Services. Greg and Randy came out the following day and inspected the roof. They discovered that the downspout had many clogs due to a number of turns in the pipe and also found that the downspout had previously not been installed correctly. Greg and Randy dismantled the entire drain system, removed the clogs and then reinstalled the drain pipe until we are able to get a gutter company to replace the old drain.
