We had a flooded flat roof on the second storey and called Crucial Roof Services. Greg and Randy came out the following day and inspected the roof. They discovered that the downspout had many clogs due to a number of turns in the pipe and also found that the downspout had previously not been installed correctly. Greg and Randy dismantled the entire drain system, removed the clogs and then reinstalled the drain pipe until we are able to get a gutter company to replace the old drain. > Crucial Roof Services will be back to do some roof repair once the roof dries out. > We highly recommend Crucial Roof Services for top notch professional service and timely communications.
