Our experience with Greg and Randy for much-needed repairs on our tile roof was remarkable.

Great service and done quickly. We had Greg do a roof replacement a few years ago. We noticed this winter that our facial boards were needing protection on the corners. We tried for 5 months to have them attended too. We contacted Greg and within 2 weeks the problem was attend too. We highly recommend Crucial Roofing.

Asked Greg to repair the roof after a new electrical mast was installed. It was a difficult job, because the asphalt tiles above the mast were anchored under a roof vent and could not be replaced if damaged. Greg and his buddy successfully repaired the roof without damaging the tiles that could not be replaced. The end result looked very professional and looks like it should be watertight. Despite this being a small job, Greg took an initial look at it quickly and completed the work in about a week. I was satisfied with the price given the number of visits, materials and labour that was involved.

We needed some regular roof maintenance done and some extra roof vents installed. Crucial was able to D the job - very quickly. But so much better than that, was the professionalism, communication and attention to detail. Love this company

Greg communicated clearly what he found was the issue with a leak in my roof and encouraged me to watch while he and Randy performed the repair. They did a thorough inspection of the rest of the roof and fixed another area of concern that did not show up yet in a leak inside the house. Communication was open and appreciated.
