Total Appliance Service

In October 2023, my Bloomberg dryer stopped working. I contacted this company and they sent a repair man to diagnois the problem. He said that he needed to order a part and it would take two weeks for it to arrive. I paid $159 and it is now April 2024, and they have NOT returned to repair my dryer. I have called them numerous times and left voicemails and they do not respond and/or answer! I am a lawyer and smalls claim court seems to be the way to go!!

I can not say enough good things about Total Appliance. Chris is the best! He went above and beyond with my refrigerator repair. Very polite and very professional. He is the only guy in the GTA that knows how to fix some of the higher end European appliances. Top-notch! I absolutely recommend this company and I dont give recommendations easily.

it's hard to get hold of the service technician as well as their back office. be prepared to spend time calling few times over few days before you hear back from them on any type of update regarding your service needs.

Chris was very knowledgeable regarding my La Cornue range - the burner kept going out when I opened the oven door and he was able to fix it in a few minutes. He also gave me some great tips on the care of my range in general and answered all of my questions. My issue was covered under my warranty however I feel comfortable knowing that if I have any further problems I can call Total Appliance.

My 15 years+ old FARBER range hood could not be extended out fully. Total Appliance Service is a FABER authorized repair center to fix a range hood. The service sales (Chris) ordered the slices and we thought the slices were bad. The parts came after few months and finally the repair technician came on Oct. 04, 2021, on time as scheduled. The technician (I don't know his name) was very professional: he came with all the protection tools and covered my cooktop first before starting. After he had spent few minutes, he did fix the range hood without replacing slices. The company will ONLY charge me the service fee and will reimburse the fees I paid for the parts (distributor will take the parts back). What a nice story as these parts are really very rare. I appreciate the services provided. My range hood works again!

I used this company as they are a FABER authorized repair center to fix a range hood. I left a voice mail and was called back within 24 hours. The repair man was on time, very professional, had a proper diagnosis very quickly (I have already diagnosed the issue with another guy) and informed me about the process to get the blower replaced, The unit's price was normally $700 (I also knew from the other guy) so I was OK. However, and to my nice surprise, when he came back to do the repair, he informed me that the company managed to get the unit at a discount price of $500! What a nice surprise! And clearly shows a honest company. One more thing that really nailed it. While he was there, I asked him to look at my Bosh Dishwasher. It was not working at the time and I was about to toss it out. He diagnosed the problem again, ordered a $40 part, came back a week later, fixed everything for $150. This repairman saved me north of $1,000 right there (Based on dishwasher replacement).
I really enjoyed dealing with Total Appliance and already put them in my contact list for any future repairs. I was very surprised they were from Innisfil and serviced me perfectly in Etobicoke.

Came in for warranty fix for my gas range. Gave me a red tag for violation, didn’t provide solution for violation. Gas range still wasn’t fix. Returned and bought new one.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Total Appliance. Chris was efficient and courteous, offering explanations and advice over the phone when I first contacted him and then in person when he arrived for the repair. I've had my oven for 19 years and Total Appliance is the best service I have received in a long time.

Chris from Total Appliances showed up this morning on time and fixed the igniter in our Blue Star range. He made it look easy however because you can tell he has tremendous experience. Thanks Chris for your expertise. It was worth every penny!
