My 15 years+ old FARBER range hood could not be extended out fully. Total Appliance Service is a FABER authorized repair center to fix a range hood. The service sales (Chris) ordered the slices and we thought the slices were bad. The parts came after few months and finally the repair technician came on Oct. 04, 2021, on time as scheduled. The technician (I don't know his name) was very professional: he came with all the protection tools and covered my cooktop first before starting. After he had spent few minutes, he did fix the range hood without replacing slices. The company will ONLY charge me the service fee and will reimburse the fees I paid for the parts (distributor will take the parts back). What a nice story as these parts are really very rare. I appreciate the services provided. My range hood works again!

I just want to replace a corroded tub drain and I thought it could be a DIY project. After using different tools and loosing the drain.....ended up with a twisted and melted PVC pipe underneath the tub. (Builder, you did a good one!). I called the service about 3:00pm and they came about 6:00pm. Located the position on the ceiling and opened the ceiling, cut the drain using saw , replaced the tub drain and one piece of PVC pipe under the tub. Two plumbers worked on it until 8:00pm and they are very professional and gentle. Very competitive price as my understanding! I appreciate.
