STAY AWAY!

My simple washing repair was made worse due to novice workmanship by QuickFix Appliances. The technician caused a flood which resulted in $575 worth of damages to the unit below me. It took three visits, countless calls and emails to finally get the job done. Stay away.

This company is totally rippoff. They came and look my washer it just had issue with door lock which need to replace. They charge me 480 for parts and labor.

Kitchenaid Dishwasher Repair

My dishwasher wasn't draining for the last few days, and I didn't know what to do. A friendly technician named Koby from QuickFix came by, and opened up my dishwasher and found it was clogged. He removed the clog and showed my that the dishwasher drained properly a few times. He even provided me a powder, free of charge, that will help prevent clogs in the future. Great service!!

SUDS error with F35. I have already replaced the pressure switch. No use, So called up QuickFix Appliances. The guy came over, and it seemed he has no idea what he is doing. He did not even open the top cover, and said pressure switch needs to be replaced. 220 for labor + part cost. No guarantee if its pressure switch. I just paid 90 for the guy to come over to my place and to tell me what i already know. Its either the pressure switch or the control unit. He did not even bother to look at the air dome, hose which connects the pressure switch to the tub.

Maytag Washer Repair

My Maytag washer was leaking from the front of the unit. I called QuickFix Appliances, and they told me it was most likely the front boot seal and they would bring the part with them. They came and opened up my washer and showed a big rip in the boot seal. They replaced it with the part they brought, and it started to work great. Awesome same day service!

QuickFix came to fix our washing machine but did not properly diagnose the problem (not sure if they even tried), fixed nothing, then won't respond to my calls or emails. Stay away!

Fixing my dishwasher

I hardly know where to start other than to warn you not to call this company. I feel like i have been had. They promptly came out to fix my dishwasher. when it broke down, told me i needed a new part or it wouldn't work again. I have three kids and need my dishwasher to work. I followed up with them to see where the part was put still haven't heard back. I called someone else in, the dishwasher is working fine now and no parts needed to be replaced! Don't call this company, buyer beware.

Do not call this company! I was charged $250 and my appliance was not even fixed in the end!! I felt totally taken advantage of and don't want anyone else to have the same thing happen. Just check the reviews on this site as they tell the story and can guide you to making the right choice on a tech.

The technician showed up on time but thought he was coming to repair a dryer even though I had given the dispatcher the complete make/model and stated that we were 90% sure it needed a new pump. She repeated everything back to me to confirm. The technician confirmed what we already knew but couldn't fix it because he didn't have the part with him. He offered to come back the next day and do the repair for $459. My husband has ordered the part for $150 and will replace it himself. (We already had the old pump out)

They are NOT professional. They do NOT know what they are doing. They fake their reviews as evidenced by the owner's name being one of the reviewers.
They were unable to even figure out what the problem was with my dryer but still charged me for multiple visits. Extremely disgraceful customer service. More to say but this will suffice to warn others.
