In the dead of the summer, with temp in the 30's, my central air conked out. I called AccuServ and Josh spent some time with me trouble shooting over the phone to see if he could help me fix the problem without having to book a service call...in other words, here's a guy who did his best to help a customer for free when he could have just as easily booked an appt and charged me $100 inspection fee.
Sadly tho, it turns out I did need a service call and the problem was that my whole ac unit had to be replaced. To make matters worse, this happened on a long weekend so I was certain that I'd be sweating it out for three days, but much to my surprise, shock and jubilation AccuServ showed up (on time!) on a HOLIDAY MONDAY and installed my new AC. It's this high level of service and unbelievable customer care that made me decide to have them back just two week later to remove my 30 year old furnace and replace it with a high efficiency unit.
From the people who answer the phone to the technicians who came to my home everyone was professional, punctual and personable.
