Vito's inspection was very thorough but most importantly he walked us through the key areas of concern and took the time to give us a bit of background around the functionality of that area of the house as well as future maintenance required. He was very patient answering our multiple questions.

PS: the thermo scan camera is a must, it does uncover things you would have never caught through visual inspections.

Got the information and am using it to coordinate roofers and contractors. I am so glad I called Vito. The first question I asked him was this a tear down or can I save it? Within the first hour he declared this was definitely not a tear down and it was actually in great shape for the most part. As a result of the inspection we have decided to renovate the house. I can’t be more pleased as we were thinking the worst and what a shame it would be to replace such a great and unique home.
