Vito did a great job with our home inspection. He was able to visit within 3 days of my contacting him and spent a few hours at our house. He told me what the priorities for improvement were, provided a lot of information on various options and was up to date on the current requirements of insurance companies (that were quite different than when we bought our house 20 years ago). So we now feel safer in our home and know what is required if we decide to put it on the market. I would definitely recommend Vito for a home inspection.

I had the pleasure to meet Vito when he came to do the home inspection of the new family home we just purchased. The house was built in the 1950s so I was a tad bit worried. Vito did an amazing job. He went around with us and showed us any problems and even potential problems and discussed ways to fix the problems and stop the problem from happening in the future. His infrared camera was definitely worth it. He found a potential leak with it. We received the home inspection report that afternoon!
