It was a comfortable learning experience to follow Vito through the house as he did the home inspection. "I have recently hired Vito to perform an inspection for a house we purchased. It was very pleasant experience indeed. Given a one-day notice only, Vito was able to coordinate an ideal time slot in the morning for us to do the job. He has done a very thorough inspection on every aspect of the house. He walked through all the details and explain to me whatever questions I had. Plus the infrared image scanning is very useful if you are concerned with any hidden leaks or moisture problems. In fact his inspection helped us make our mind on the house given we only have one day to waive the condition. DSM Property Services conducted a full home inspection including thermal imaging. The infrared camera was particularly helpful as it detected a large portion of missing insulation in the attic space that was not noticeable otherwise. Vito was very punctual and answered all questions I had. Communication was easy via text, email or phone. I have been burned before by using a home inspector that was "recommended" by my realtor so I decided to find my own instead. You will find inspectors charging $300 that say thermal imaging is not effective. Do yourself a favor, spend the money, this is your long term investment. I was very happy with the service and the easy to follow report. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again when buying our next house.

We needed a home inspector quickly and Vito made time for us the very next day. He was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions about the house.
