I contacted 4 well known and "reputable" HVAC companies to receive a quote for installing a furnace in my garage. Much to my surprise, none of them replied. I contacted 3 lesser known companies and 2 of the 3 agreed to come to my home for a free site inspection to complete a quote. However, on the day of the appointment only Jon from Jon Of All Trades & Co. showed up. He was punctual, professional and very informative. Shortly after his visit, he got back to me with a quote when he said he would. He did not pressure me to enter into an agreement at any time. I did my research on the price he provided me and checked out what other customers had to say about him. Needless to say his customers gave positive reviews and his price was fair. The furnace has been installed and I have been enjoying a heated garage for my hobby for about 3 months now. I had some follow up questions after the install and Jon got back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jon Of All Trades & Co. over larger, more well known HVAC companies. Jon is honest, personable and actually cares about his customers.

We called Jon for two jobs. One to install a new gas line and the second to install new duct work, both as part of a kitchen renovation. We chose Jon over our contractors because he was far, far more reliable and his work was excellent. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and did the job quickly and professionally. He was there at the time he said he would be and offered advice and tips. Highly recommended.

Jon came highly recommended to me- he showed up at the agreed upon time, with an advance text to let me know he was on his way and to make sure the time was still good.

He fixed one fireplace almost immediately and the second he spent much longer on. In the end it was broken needing replacement parts, but he explained everything to me with costs. He followed up after the weekend and having talked to the fireplace manufacturer with different options and costs.

I was very impressed with his customer service, his unbiased recommendations, and his expertise.
