An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I recently purchased an older home that had horrible popcorn ceilings. The previous owners had continued to make haphazard repairs by adding more and more stippling and even finishing nails. They were professional, on time and on budget and followed up each evening with an email. They had to patch several areas and upon completion you cannot even see the areas that were repaired. The house was left neat and tidy each night. They have machinery that vacuums and scrapes the ceilings so the dust was kept to a minimum. They also provide painting services.
