I used Dave's ducts company in the past and have been satisfied with their service. My 13 year old furnace stopped working, I called Dave, for a service. Dave was very helpful, he took time to troubleshoot the issue with me on the phone first. Then, when it became clear the problem was deeper, Dave had one of his service men, come over. Brendan was very professional, he arrived the same day, did troubleshooting and saw the issue with the furnace heat exchanger. Due to the faulty exchanger, old furnace was no longer operational. Dave provided options and recommended a new furnace, given the state of the old furnace.
Dave and his crew got the old furnace replaced and new furnace was installed the very next day. Clean job, Brendan installed a new air pipe vent as well. Very professional.
Dave offered a 10 year warranty for labor and part on the new furnace. Great work Dave and team. Thank you. Keep up the good work !!!

We have had them come to our house three times in the past six years because of renovations etc. They come on time, they are friendly and they do good work. Would recommend them to anyone!

Had major renovations along with new ductwork done, so our ducts were filled with drywall and construction debris. We were experiencing poor air quality for a while (and were always worried we caught covid!).

Called Dave's Ducts and they had a guy come out in the next couple of days to get everything into shape for us. He wore a mask and took off his boots, which wrre much appreciated. All vents were covered with tacky film prior to prevent dust from flying back out while the technician worked on blowing each one clean one by one.

Also had him check on our HRV if it needed any maintenance and he said it looked fairly clean still and that we could save money taking a shop vac to it instead of having someone else do it, which I appreciated.

He showed his work after abd I got to see nice begore and afters of sawdust-covered ducts vs shiny clean metal surfaces.

Overall excellent service and am glad I used them so my family can breathe better.

Have done duct cleaning from other services, which where very professional. wanted to try with Daves duct based on reviews.
But it is expensive for the work they have done and I don't see the professionalism what they mention in their website.

Excellent duct cleaning service provided by Dave's Ducts. We are a repeat customer, and would highly recommend the services of this company. Staff arrived promptly at the time of the appointment; were professional; completed their work as expected; provided before and after photos; and cleaned up prior to leaving. We are 100% satisfied with the duct cleaning service.

Fast, Simple, No Pressure and Easy Process from beginning to end. Installer also made some recommendations and provided quotes for future repair. No pressure and straight forward and very informative.

Our boiler conked out on Friday, and by Saturday morning Dave had a technician come by. I was sure we were looking at a full replacement, but he wanted to be sure, and he was right - the problem wasn't as dire as we thought. Fixed in a couple hours, and learned a ton about the way the system works. Dave is a consummate professional and we'll definitely trust him for all our heating going forward.

We needed our ducts cleaned and used homestars to find a company to provide the service.

Dave's Ducts was prompt to reply to all my inquiries and was offering the services I wanted.

On the day of service they actually called an offered an earlier timeslot which was working for us. The team was quick to get everything cleaned up and showed pictures of before and after.

This was my first time using DavesDucts and I must say they did an amazing job. The two gentlemen (Ryan and Yu) arrived within the stated time frame, were very professional and helpful with any questions I had. They also provided me with many before and after pictures that I requested. I highly recommend their services and I plan to contact them in the future.

Ryan and Huy were great. Professional, polite and punctual. Explained everything, answered all my annoying questions with knowledge and patience. The office was easy to deal with and worked around my schedule. Highly recommend Dave’s Ducts service.
