I got landscaping, sprinkler system and front porch stonework done for my home and it was completed within 2 days. The work was outstanding and the suggestions and ideas that were provided and implemented worked well with the look of the house. The clean up was impressive as well since no dust or dirt was left behind which has usually been a problem with other contractors. The quality of work and service were both impressive and the advise to maintain the garden was also appreciated. I would recommend to call them in for a quote and you would be impressed with their knowledge and ideas ... I know I was :)

We wanted to completely redo all of our landscaping as it was very overgrown and outdated..we had thoughts of doing it ourselves but the project was just too big. We had quotes from several companies and by the way Mark and Anthony addressed the issue and said what they would do we chose them over everyone else. They came in on the higher end of pricing but we kept adding more and more for them to do so it was understandable. Our largest task was the armour stone infront of the house which most companies either didnt understand what we had in mind, and/or didnt even want to attempt to tackle the installation of over 30,000 pounds of rock. The rain caused them to be a few days late, but in the landscaping biz thats very understandable. We had in mind to just remove the grass in our yard as it was full of weeds, but they made the choice an easy one to get rid of not only the grass but alot of clay that was preventing it from growing right, and then bringing in some good topsoil for a change. They took out something like 25 yards of grass dirt and clay, and brought in 30 yards of topsoil. We also had them install a sprinkler system, make 2 retaining wall gardens, build a shed, with an amazing cement sub base, put a retaining wall around the shed, and then do another retaining wall on the side of the house. With all the work that they put in, the amount of time that they were working on it and the quality of the job there is no way that any of the companies would even come close. Most other companies just want to put retaining walls on top of the dirt, and your lucky if they hold or are level next year. They dug down a foot made an amazing sub base and then even siliconed the stones in, most companies wont even consider this and will probably not do it even if you ask for it. You could have a elephant walk on all these walls and they will probably not move. We couldnt be more pleased with the job and at the end of the day when all our neighbors think we paid like $50,000 for the job we actually think that we got away cheap.... since we hired them so have 2 of our neighbours...

Gave 2 stars for Fence and Shed, which are lovely. But they were late in starting our project, very late, without letting us know. We had to virtually hound them on when they would be coming and every time it was "next week for sure!!" we would have to call again..."next week" came about 2 months later.

Anthony and Mark took much longer to complete the project than originally promised as well. But we were just happy that they were actually on site doing the job. finally.

They finished the job, which looked great and left with the promise that part of their service is coming back the next summer to re-sand in between the patio stones. That was 2 years ago. They have never come back.
We called them last year to ask them to come back and also to point out that the patio stones were cracking and little pot holes were forming. We got a hold of the manufacturer who came out to look at the product and told us that they would supply all new material and pay for Flawless designs to come back and fix it. Flawless designs never followed through on their promise to complete the re-sand or to come back to fix the stones. We gave up trying to reach them. The manufacturer has told us they repeatedly tried to get ahold of Flawless to fix this and they never got back to them. We have since got someone much more qualified to help us.

This summer ( only "enjoyed" our patio for 2 summers now) all the lighting in the stone work has stopped working. We had an electrician come out and he could not believe the patchwork job they did with the sensors and wiring. Covered in black duct tape, and a mess! now all the fancy little lights we have in the stonework are useless. We would need to pull up all the stonework to fix the electrical underneath.

it's so heartbreaking to spend all this money on people you trust and who are really great at promising you great customer service, only to have them avoid you. We are not difficult customers, only want what we paid for and were Promised. We have eventually stopped calling or emailing them to get ahold of them. It is obvious they can't handle the workload. But are too afraid to admit it to us, they choose to avoid instead.

The fence is great, which is probably what they started out doing. But I would not hire them for anything but that, especially if you have a timeline in mind.

Gorgeous Beacon stone laid for coming jacuzzi. Anthony removed large old wood deck, dug out, fine aggregate then stone picked through Van Beeks. Took Anthony's advise on stone etc. Looks great & very happy.
