I did my research, met with many BIG NAME pool installers - could have saved a lot of time had I started with Anthony, Mark and Team. They were amazing throughout the entire process. From layout & design to the final construction. They were incredibly knowledgeable on every aspect and were hands on throughout (they do not sub out any of the construction, unlike most installers). They were always polite and professional - never made my wife or I feel silly for asking questions. They installed a beautiful L shaped in ground, heated pool for a great price and amazing quality- using top grade materials and equipment. When we starting looking to book our backyard pool, nobody was fitting the bill. Interviewed many big box pool companies and were turned off by the lack of passion and ability to customize anything really. That is until we found Flawless.

A year ago our family decided to get a pool. We went through getting many different quotes before meeting with Flawless Designs. The team was great right from the start. From design concepts, input, getting permits, and answering our MANY questions about the process of installing a pool.
They were effective communicators in giving us updates as we we waited for construction to being. They gave us many tips on picking stone, coping, liner, etc and always giving advice on what would make the project look the best.
I would like to stress how PROFESSIONAL they were throughout the entire process. They showed up when they said they would and every single day there was so much progress made in the work they were doing. At the risk of sounding cliche, this project was absolutely flawless. Anthony and Marc (and the team) were nothing but professional, friendly and amazingly skilled. We couldn't believe how quickly things came together from a boring grassed backyard to a relaxing oasis. Every detail was taken care of. They were so flexible with my design changes and offered great ideas when I couldn't make a decision.

In a year where supplies were hard to come by and schedules were tight, we had nothing but smooth sailing. The only hiccough was waiting for our liner, but that was totally out of the hands of Flawless. Our pool and beautiful patio are now part of our living space and an amazing place for us to make lots of family memories.

From our first meeting with Anthony, he made sure we were well informed on every aspect of our Pool build. He explained exactly what he and his team would do, he planned it all out and also listened to each of our suggestions. Anthony also made sure that he was keeping everything within our budget and explained what we needed versus what we don't need in order to stay in budget. Once they started the build, every member of the Flawless team were professional, courteous and respectful of our home and property. We had a specific timeline we wanted the pool to be completed by, and the team ensured we hit that deadline.

We can't say enough great things about the Flawless Design team. We didn't worry about a thing, because Anthony and Mark took care of everything. Customer Service was excellent, response time on questions were quick, and the work is amazing. And Anthony is still answering our questions after the build was complete. Truly a great company.
