Mark and Anthony did an amazing job with our built ins. What I envisioned and what they did was beyond my expectations. They did the job in a timely manner, were clean and the communication between us was great. Even with them being almost done and us asking for something extra they accommodated without hesitation. I can begin to express what a great job they did. I will definitely be using them again for future home projects and renovations.

We have an older home that was in desperate need of a few upgrades. One of those upgrades was the front steps which was absolutely falling apart to a point it was becoming a safety hazard. We worked with Mark from Flawless design who was able to get this team to rip out existing steps, then rebar and re-pour concrete and finally overlay the steps with a beautiful stone finish. My wife and I couldn't be happier. We now feel we have the nicest entry way in the neighborhood. The work was professionally done. Great job guys... thanks again!

Hello everyone I would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Anthony and his crew for the excellent work that they did for us a little over two weeks ago. Anthony is a very intelligent and creative person. His attention to detail was flawless. The timeline for the project was completed in the expected time frame, considering a few days delay in waiting for gas line markings which we did not expect. The cost was very competitive and stayed within budget. Extra work above and beyond expectation was done. Throughout the project Anthony was very professional, approachable, very knowledgeable, and treated the project as if it was his own backyard. The quality of workmanship shows in the stonework and woodwork finish.

Hired Anthony to do our Patio entrance way of our town home. Knowing absolutely nothing about interlocking stone, or materials, I left it completely up to him to make it look beautiful. After Anthony asked me several questions caring about what I was looking for he began the entrance way. And WOW does it look AWESOME, I am so please with the professional job, and that everything was cleaned up afterwards. You want a job done RIGHT, with an honest professional? We contacted Anthony based on a recommendation from our neighbor to install an interlocking stone patio with natural stone steps. Anthony was very informative about the various products available and described the installation process thoroughly. There was a slight delay due to a manufacturer defect with the stairs, but Anthony found us an excellent alternative. The project was completed in two days and we couldn't be happier with the patio, it looks great and is a beautiful addition to our backyard. The total cost was less than the initial quote and Anthony called us a couple of weeks after the patio was finished to follow up and answer any questions we had.

Mark and his team were great. They kept the look simple yet elegant and unique. They were reasonably priced comparable with the local and high profile competitors. Very professional and friendly… the way a contractor should be!

After reading previous comments about schedules conflicts, we also had some issues concerning timing. But that was due to the volatility of weather conditions (and the last minute addition of my neighbour's interlocking too) so our job was delayed by a day. Overall, the craftsmanship is beautiful and well done. The crew cleaned up my front and back yards nicely and even put new soil and grass seeds on the edges of the stones. Anthony goes the extra mile, even when dealing with any issues after the work is done.

He even came back in a thunderstorm to fill a crevice with pebble stones for me. I am very satisfied with the work that they did. The crew was very courteous. They were approachable and answered any questions or concerns that I had in a very polite manner. I trusted their advice and opinions on the interlock designs. All in all, I would definitely recommend going with Flawless Designs General Contracting Inc.

Needed an upgrade in the look of my landscaping and was very unsure of I what I wanted. I got quotes by more than a dozen companies and by the end of all that was still unsure in what I wanted. There was such a difference as well. Mark and Anthony had worked at my neighbors house so I decided to ask them too.. They made me feel comfortable with them, and their work at my neighbors house spoke for itself. They put interlocking borders on the sides of a asphalt driveway, did an interlocking walkway to a side patio and continued it to a backyard patio. Put a nice wood fence at the back and beside the patio as well as changed the look of the front with interlocking and caping my steps. We couldnt be more pleased with all that was done.!!! I am sure that we will be enjoying it for years to come... Thanks again guys!!
