My cleaning lady left with no notice to start another career - Chris and my awesome cleaning team saved me! Fast, thorough, reasonably priced for top quality service. Ok - my tissues were folded like fans when I came home to my spotless house - I thought I was on vacation for a moment... My team is unfailing polite and friendly, and I always have a few instructions for them (please do this, please do not do that etc) which they remember and follow through on (I think they remember my instructions better than I do)! Clean4Me - thank you for the effort the company has put into my home - it's been a delightful experience.

My house is clean thanks to Clean4Me. We've had them clean the every room in the house and they are fast, effective, efficient, and professional. They are clear in their communication of what they will do and they do what they say they'll do. Communication prior to each visit is excellent because it's timely, concise, and they've been capable of accommodating minor changes.

Working 10-12 hour days just prior to the holidays, my wife and I were stuck in a bind when our regular cleaner had to cancel services for a couple months due to a personal emergency. I called Clean4Me and was happily surprised to speak directly with a staff member who relieved my stress by accepting to clean our home on short notice with the explicit knowledge that we were only seeking a temporary contract.

While Clean4Me documented a quote and contract for us, I did some quick research and was happy to see the company and staff are bonded, insured, members in good standing with the Markham Board of Trade and have an A+ rating with BBB. No one wants to make a bad decision when they're under a time crunch. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to find a company with available resources right before Christmas and through the new year. Clean4Me juggled their cleaning teams to schedule us in and we did it with ease and peace of mind knowing that it is a reputable company.

In addition to doing their job and doing it well, Clean4Me's staff have excellent communication skills and great emotional intelligence. They have been accommodating of our homebound child, both of our active dogs, our overly curious cat, and my home office presence. They've done so with professionalism and respect for our privacy.

We have already recommended Clean4Me to our friends and will do so gladly again.

I have been a customer of Clean4me since they first started . Amanda and Chris are fantastic to deal with. They have best teams of cleaners and my home always looks like a showroom after they have cleaned . I highly recommend them .

Because of the environment in which we operate, our business office requires a deep cleaning once per year (in addition to regular cleaning we do ourselves). This top to bottom "ground-zero fresh start" cleaning is an absolute must for our comfort and safety. The Clean4Me team did not disappoint.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Wanted a company that did spring cleaning that included full service, maid, carpets and window services and thought Clean4me’s website showed a lot of promise as it advertised that “Clean4me’s trusted One Call Cleans It All™ convenience gives you a full cleaning service”. TERRIBLE AND DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR CLAIMS such as “deliver quality Home Cleaning Services”, that “you can trust our maid service to clean your home”, and they “absolutely guarantee you’ll be happy with the results”. FALSE when it comes to their maid service!

Hired them for the very first time to do a spring cleaning. Their maid service was a shoddy and the company’s claims of “absolute guarantees” are insincere!
I came home to find superficial cleaning. The bathrooms were wiped down but nothing was really moved because there was still some dirt that should have been cleaned if they bothered to lift items like the trash can, etc; they didn’t even bother cleaning the stove as it was not even touched. Needless to say, the floor did not feel clean after supposedly doing a “thorough” cleaning. They didn’t even bother to hide their terrible dusting because when I lifted underneath coasters, etc. you can see the dust. This is not what a “spring cleaning” at a charge of $150 should look like!
When I contacted the office to complain, I was told they would be able to come for a “touch up”. I complained that I should receive more than a touch up as I hired them to do “spring cleaning” not superficial cleaning. Either return and clean properly or don’t charge me. Instead, I received an email from the owner stating they would not be coming over and gave me lame excuses why they would not clean as promised and still charged me $150.
First, the cleaners were supposed to arrive at 9 am so that I could personally walk them through my home as discussed with the Clean4me assistant prior to hiring Clean4me, but I had to leave for work when they did not come. I was also advised me in his email that “the team was there for nearly 2 hours [saying] (they called when they arrived and when they departed).” How about only one and a half hour NOT NEARLY 2 hours?! In fact, they arrived at 9:30 and stayed only until 11 as I had my adult son present and knew when they arrived and left.
Worse, the owner tried to shame me by stating that my “son was watching [an inappropriate] show out in the open on the flat screen TV while the cleaning ladies were cleaning”, and gave this as the reason why they would not be returning to clean my place and tried to insinuate and infer “this to be a sensitive matter between you and your family.” First of all, my son, while working on his laptop, was watching a tv show and last time I checked, it was not considered nor categorized as inappropriate. In fact, the same can be said of the cleaners themselves who reeked of cigarette smoke and even one of the cleaners’ cell phone rang and the ring tone had more offensive words.
Bottomline, Clean4me did not carry out what they were contracted to do, and rather than correct their unsatisfactory workmanship, tried to spin it back to being a problem with me as the client, AND still charge me the full cost, so as not to have to correct what they were hired to do.

I have the mother/daughter team of Tracy and Frances clean my home and they do an awesome job. When I walk in the door after work, my home smells beautiful and is left lovely and clean!

After a long day of tiresome work, it's nice to be back home seeing my carpet. I didn't expect that it would turn as new as brand new. Thanks Clean4Me!

Clean4Me is very accommodating for my busy schedule. The best part of my month is when I come home to a spotless house after the cleaning team has been!

My experience with Clean 4 Me has been excellent. From the first telephone call to the office, to meeting with Chris to discuss our cleaning needs, to the follow up and first cleaning - all were extremely friendly and professional.
